Some of the main dish recipes were "tweaked" to accomodate my husband's American palate, so feel free to add more spices according to your taste. These dishes are ideal for the harried cook like myself. I have a full-time career and I make it a point to have dinner on the table by 6:30pm. Whenever possible, I prepare a dish halfway the night before and finish it off for dinner the next evening
